Rules and Regulations

Content Requirements

1. Designs must be original to qualify - plagiary is not allowed.
2. Digital eCard should obligatory include z555's logo.
3. Digital eCards submitted must be in a .jpg or .png format.
4. Images must be of 400x400 size.
6. Z555 may reject your submission if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your image is unsuitable for the Contest. Unsuitable Images include, but not limited to, those that:

• Contain content that advocates discrimination based on disability, nationality, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation;
• Are otherwise considered offensive at our sole discretion;
• Are defamatory or libellous;
• Promote violence or contain hate speech;
• Are aesthetically displeasing (at our sole discretion);
• Contain content considered by Z555 (at its sole discretion) to be obscene, harmful or harassing.

eCards Submitions

1. All eCards submitted or included in a submission must be free of royalty and / or copyright restrictions.
2. All images must be submitted either on-line through our automated system or via e-mail to contest@z555.com (as an attached digital image file) and include your name (so that you can be contacted if you win).
3. Multiple submissions are permitted, however a username should be unique.
4. Filenames should include whatever title or name you wish to have it identified by if your entry is posted to the site. An example is happy_easter.jpg or your-lovely-name.jpg.
5. Digital eCards submitted must be in a .jpg or .png format.
6. Images must be of 400x400 size.
7. Entry into the contest constitutes acceptance of all rules and conditions. While submitting a picture, a contestant should specify that he/she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the rules of the contest.
8. If moderators consider a submitted eCards to be inappropriate it could be disqualified without any notification.
9. Contest winners will be determined by the Judges Committee considering the number of visitors' votes. The Judges' decision is final.
10. Wninners' eCards become the property of Z555.com (ISS Ltd.) upon contest submission. We reserve the right to modify any images for the purposes of formatting and publishing.
11. Each entrant agrees in case of becoming a winner to grants Z555.com (ISS Ltd.) and its successors, licensees, assigns and agents, the right to use the entrant's eCard without additional compensation in advertising, promotions or other commercial applications.
12. Anyone found in violation of any of these RULES & REGULATIONS may be eliminated from this contest at anytime and disqualified from any or all future contests. You are responsible for the content of your user information and eCards.

Deadline

1. All entries must be submitted no later than April 14, 2007.
2. Z555.com (ISS Ltd) is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected or corrupted entries or entry materials.

Finalists

1. The contest winner(s) will be selected by the Judges Committee and winners will be notified by email.
2. Only the winner(s) will be contacted.
3. The winning entry will be announced on Z555.com on April 15, 2007.
4. Each entrant agrees in case of becoming a winner agrees to provide Z555 the source file of the eCard submitted to prove his/her authorship.
5. Images submitted for the contest by winners may be displayed on Z555.com or its affiliated sites and used for any purposes.
6. Taxes on monetary compensation and prizes are winners' sole responsibility.
7. Incomplete, inaccurate, damaged and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
8. By entering this contest and/or accepting any prize in connection herewith, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Z555.com (ISS Ltd.) and any other such entities affiliated with this promotion, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, and liability for any injury, losses, damages, disputes and/or disability resulting from participation in this contest and/or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto).

Contest Eligibility

1. Anyone may participate in the Z555's eCard Contest, regardless of background or affiliation.
2. Contestants must provide current and valid email address information so that the winner(s) could be contacted and the prize could be awarded.
3. Upon entry into the contest, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicense (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material or user data displayed in your contestant listing.
4. Judges Committee decision and results of voting will be announced on April 15, 2007, in all matters relating to qualification standards, selection of candidates, and winners shall be deemed final.
5. We reserve the right to modify the rules of the contest at any time. In the event of modification of these rules, we will communicate the change on this page and attempt to email all entrants.

Privacy Policy

1. E-mail data or any private information that is submitted with your entry will ONLY be used for purposes of recognizing contestants on this site and contacting winner(s) to award prizes. This information will not be shared with others or used for any other purpose.
